FTP ( File Transfer Protocol) is a standard used to transfer digital files from one computer to another. Our policy, when working with legal counsel, is to use only the security capabilities of "Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS)" when transferring case files over the Internet. Large or small file sizes are transferred securely to and from our client's computer to our FTP Server.
Case files can be easily and securely transferred via our dedicated FTP Server which means CONVENIENCE, SECURITY and COST SAVINGS for our clients. Case files can be transferred in almost any digital format (e.g. MSWord™, Word Perfect™, Photographs in .jpg and .gif and Transcripts and other documents, most preferably in Adobe Acrobat™ .pdf.)
