This part briefly introduces the purpose of the School Project Manual.
PART 2:

Project Organization
This part contains a complete form to list all "key" players, with addresses, and telephone numbers: School District, Architect, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Soils Engineer, Division of the State Architect, Inspector of Record, Testing Laboratory, and General Contractor. A similar list of all subcontractors is provided in the form, entitled "Subcontractor and Materials Suppliers List", which is divided into Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Specification Section Divisions.

PART 3: Communication and Meetings

This part contains highly detailed (recommended) procedures and protocol for "Special Inspectors" to follow during their special inspections. This part is highly recommended reading for all participants, so they are aware of the procedures and requirements for the "Special Inspectors", and provide for adequate preparation and coordination.
