DEMONSTRATIVE EVIDENCE: High-Definition Video (1920 x 1080) and Digital Photographic documentation of evidence - Michael Poles uses high resolution Professional Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) Cameras and studio lighting equipment to photographically document conditions present at the location in question. Photos are shot in both RAW and JPEG-FINE Formats. 

The RAW Format serves as prima facie evidence to the Court that no images have been altered and they contain all photographic data recorded. The JPEG-FINE Format is for viewing and image reproduction.

Photographic files are provided to our clients in RAW and JPEG-FINE image formats and all images are also reproduced in Adobe Acrobat™ files with “Thumbnail” and 8x10 inch images for easy viewing and local printing from CD disk. 

Videos are available on DVD in high definition (HD) or standard definition (SD) formats.
