We shall ship the "Manual" on Disk, via US Mail or E-Mail within three (3) business days
after clearance of the check by the bank upon which it is drawn.

Return Policy
All sales are final! Therefore, there shall be no refund, nor exchanges. If the buyer discovers the file to be defective, 
or was corrupted in transit we shall replace the file, by either resending it via e-mail, or on CD-ROM via US Mail, 
at the discretion of MPGroup.
