Michael S. Poles trained at the Institute For Mediation Studies and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and the California Academy of Mediation Professionals in concert with the Los Angeles County Superior Court Program.  

He currently serves as a member of the Court ADR Panel of Mediators with the Los Angeles County Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Program and also provides private mediation services.

As a General Building Contractor, Construction Manager and a Construction Inspector, Mr. Poles brings more than 45 years of construction experience and knowledge of complex and highly technical issues to the mediation process with the ability to get right to the heart of the dispute and reach a successful resolution.
