S. Poles trained at the Institute For Mediation Studies
and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at
Pepperdine University School of Law and the California
Academy of Mediation Professionals in concert with the
Los Angeles County Superior Court Program.
He has served as a member of the Court ADR Panel
of Mediators with the Los Angeles County Superior
Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Program and provides private mediation services.
As
a General Building Contractor, Construction Manager and
a Construction Inspector, Mr. Poles brings more than 50 years of construction experience and knowledge of
complex and highly technical issues to the mediation
process with the ability to get right to the heart of
the dispute and reach a successful resolution.
Mr.
Poles' interests and skills with photography have grown
out of the need for high-end digital photography for
litigation support.
His
acquisition of photographic and lighting skills as well
as professional equipment has propelled his photographic
abilities into a separate business enterprise known as Michael
Poles Photography.
